Holy Family had eight students represent the Nepean Zone at the Diocesan Swimming Carnival at Blacktown Pool on Friday, 26 February.
This carnival brought together schools from across the diocese which guaranteed tough competition. Congratulations to Anique P and Oscar Z who have now qualified to represent the Parramatta Diocese at NSWCPS MacKillop Swimming Championships on 31 March at Sydney Aquatic Centre.

CARITAS MARKET FUN! Yesterday, Stage Three students and their families held a highly successful fundraising event for Project Compassion, featuring our annual Caritas Markets. 700+ Unite for Project Compassion Big Water Walk
More than 700 students and staff from 23 schools across Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) came together for Caritas Australia’s Big Water Walk in support of Project Compassion. Beginning at Parramatta Park, students carried buckets of water along a 4km route, gaining a glimpse of the daily journey faced by people in developing communities, especially women and children, in search of clean water.

On Wednesday we were excited to welcome Mav Geyer and Taylan May from the Wests Tigers as part of their annual Wests Tigers Blitz 🐯🏉 The players spoke to our students about the importance of healthy habits, including getting enough sleep, staying hydrated and the importance of being physically active. They explained how these habits help our brains function at their best and support the way we think, learn and make positive choices.
