Congratulations to the Stage 3 Netball NSW Cup HFS team who were undefeated at the regional games and won in extra time in the Grand Final.
The team now go to a State Regional Play Off on the 24th of September.
School sport is an important part of primary school life. It helps children to develop physically, socially and mentally, enabling them to better cope with the demands of school life, by developing co-ordination and gross motor skills as well as building self-confidence and self-esteem.

On Wednesday we were excited to welcome Mav Geyer and Taylan May from the Wests Tigers as part of their annual Wests Tigers Blitz ๐ฏ๐ The players spoke to our students about the importance of healthy habits, including getting enough sleep, staying hydrated and the importance of being physically active. They explained how these habits help our brains function at their best and support the way we think, learn and make positive choices.
